Luanda– Angolan head of Sate, José Eduardo dos Santos, will travel on Thursday to Germany for an official visit at the invitation of his local counterpart, Horst Kohler, Angop learnt from an official source.
A press note from the office of support to the President of the Republic says that after Germany, the Angolan president will travel to Spain for a
private visit.
The document does not mention how long president Dos Santos will stay in Germany.
On other turn, the mentioned note states that the Angolan president will also visit Portugal, on March 10-11 this year, at the invitation of his
counterpart, Cavaco Silva.
The president's Portugal agenda includes a meeting with the local Parliament's speaker, Jaime Gama, and the Premier, José Sócrates.
In the frings of the visit of president José Eduardo's visit, an interpreneural seminar will be held, to discuss businesses opportunities
and the strategies for the reinforcement of Angola-Portugal co-operation.
The Angolan team to Portugal will comprise government officials and a business people.
