SADC trajectory marked by progress and prestige

Maputo – The Angolan ambassador to Mozambique, Isaías Vilinga,said on Friday in Maputo city that the 32 years of the establishment of the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) were marked by its trajectory of progress and transformation that gives prestige the region.


In a mesage in the ambit of SADC founding anniversary, being marked this Friday on August 17, Isaías Vilinga said that the recorded progress turned the organization into one of the most prestigious regional organization of the continent.

 
“The dream of leaders to create in 1980 our organization came true with different structures, plans actions of SADC to contribute mainly for a greater reinforcement of ties of cooperation, integration and friendship within our countries”, said the diplomat.


He wished the citizens of the region a happy day of SADC and exhorts them for a deep reflection toward the historic trajectory and challenges to be faced for the development and well-being of people and countries of SADC.
