Brussels – Angola’s ruling MPLA party militants in Belgium and Luxemburg welcomed the speech delivered by its president, José Eduardo dos Santos, during the presentation of the organisation’s electoral manifesto and governing programme.

 
This stand is contained in a motion of support for José Eduardo dos Santos presented Saturday, during a meeting of the secretariat of the MPLA committee in the kingdom of Belgium and Luxemburg.

 
In the motion, the militants support José Eduardo dos Santos for the way he has been leading the destinies of the Angolan Nation toward the construction of a modern, democratic, peaceful, just and reconciliation Angola.

 
"We feel proud and obliged to join the electoral campaign for the election that will be held in August,” reads the motion.
