Luanda - The National Electoral Commission (CNE) will create a working organ in charge of supervising and monitoring all radio and tv airtime allocated for political parties running for the 31 August election to assess the quality of messages that reach the public.
The information was released by the spokesman of this institution, Julia Ferreira, who was speaking Thursday to the press at the end of the 15th plenary meeting, chaired by the president of the CNE, André da Silva Neto.
He justified the decision as the CNE has noticed the misuse of airtime by political parties since some have been transmitting messages and images that disturb social tranquillity.
