Head of State grieves for victims of car accident

Luanda – A press note from the President’s Civil Office, released on Sunday  in Luanda, informs that it was with great sadness that the Angolan Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, learnt about the tragic car accident that took place last Saturday, in Mumenga locality, Libolo Municipality, in the central Kwanza Sul Province, which caused the death of 29 people and 25 others got injured.

 

The occupants of the vehicle (bus) were supporters of the first division Kabuscorp football team, who were returning to Luanda from Kwanza Sul Province, after witnessing their squad’s match with the local Libolo team.


 
According to the note, the Angolan Head of State manifests his solidarity with the family in mourning and also extends to them his condolences.
