Chibia - Chieftains based in southern Huila province must develop mobilisation actions in their areas meant a mass and ordered participation of the communities in the August 31, 2012 general elections, said the Great Chieftain, Joaquim Huleipo, Angop has learnt.

Speaking to Angop, under the electoral process, he considered as necessary that all chieftains of the province in collaboration with the administrative authorities participate in sensitizing campaigns.

He said that there are some localities that the electoral agents may not reach, but the Traditional chiefs can go there therefore he considered as very important the participation of all for the success of the process.
