Luanda - The governor of northern Uige province, Paulo Pombolo, Friday in Luanda pointed out that the areas of hard access in the province may cause some constraints in implementing the pilot census.
The governor made this statement to ANGOP, on the sidelines of the workshop sponsored by the Ministries of Planning and Territorial Administration with the provincial governors on the "General Census of Population and Housing - 2013."
"We have about nine communes where access is difficult because the roads are impassable result of the destruction of bridges during the war," he said.
According to him, Uige needs support from the very central structure and place in the province the air means so that the brigades reach certain communes.
