Luanda - A group of Angolan young students in Algeria visited Saturday the new Kilamba town, in Luanda, having commended the work performed by the Executive, as part of implementation of the housing project to improve social conditions of the population.
Young people belonging to the ruling MPLA party’s youth wing (JMPLA) who are in the country to participate in general elections scheduled for August 31, 2012, visited the housing project located in Kilamba Kiaxi district.
The coordinator of the group and the first secretary of JMPLA in Algeria, Sebastião Kiakungo, who was speaking to Angop on behalf of the team, considered the Kilamba town as a project of great relevance for the development of the country.
According to him, the project is focussed on improving the housing conditions of the population especially the youths.
Kilamba Project comprise 710 buildings, 24 nursery schools, nine primary and eight secondary schools.
