Luanda – The country’s vice president, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos, arrived this Saturday in Addis Ababa, to participate at the African Union Summit of Heads of State and Government, happening from Sunday to Monday.

Fernando da Piedade represents the president, José Eduardo dos Santos.

The African statesmen should approve the proposed budget for 2013, already discussed by the Executive Council of the African Union, which comprises mainly foreign ministers.
