Mbanza Congo - The State secretary for Human Rights, Antonio Bento Bembe, Thursday in Mbanza Congo, gave a lecture entitled “Education for a culture of human rights” as part of his working day to Zaire province.


Bento Bembe explained that human rights are not just about guarantees of security for citizens, but also for the welfare of the people through the materialization of various social projects for those eligible.


For the government official, the issue of human rights is not only a responsibility of government or agencies involved in the administration of justice, but of the whole society. 


The lecture was attended by members of the executive, staff of the provincial command of the national police, traditional and religious entities, members of the local delegation of the interior, teachers and students.
