Luanda – The Angola President, José Eduardo dos Santos, invested on Thursday in Luanda, Manuel Domingos Vicente, as the State Minister for Economic Coordination.


The Head of State also invested Joaquim Ventura and Job Pedro Castelo Capapinha as the Secretary of State for Energy and Vice-minister of Youth and Sports, respectively.


The act was attended by the Angolan Vice-president, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos and other government officials.
