President discusses relations with Guinea Conakry

Luanda – Angola head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, analysed Wednesday with the Guinean ambassador to Angola, Elhadj Dabo, issues linked to the strengthening of bilateral cooperation.

After the meeting, the Guinean diplomat told the press that the 20-minute audience granted to him by the President also analysed the political, economic and social matters prevailing in Guinean Conakry, a country with which Angola enjoys historic relations.


Elhadj Dabo who considered excellent the relations said that the two countries are working on spirit of brotherhood in economic, financial and security fields.


He recalled that Angola has recently granted a credit line of USD 150 million, which has already been approved by the National Assembly.


The credit will serve for development of his country and training of young people, among other aspects.
