Luanda – The Central Committee of the ruling MPLA party Friday in Luanda approved the general plan of activities for the year 2012 and the basis and criteria for the drafting of the list of candidates for the National Assembly (Angolan Parliament).

The information is contained in the final document of the 4th Ordinary Session of the party, read out by the Information secretary, Rui Falcão.

The members of the mentioned organ also approved the MPLA governance programme for the 2012/2017 period and the Politburo’s 2011 Report, the 2011 Discipline and Auditing Commission Report and the party budget for 2012.

Other issues and documents were also analysed and approved, such as the 2011 Financial Report.
