Angola attends 93rd Non Allied Countries Ministerial Summit

Luanda – The secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, ambassador Manuel Augusto, will represent the country in the 93rd Non Allied Countries Ministerial Summit, happening from 23 to 27 May, in Djakarta, Indonesia.

 

For the effect, the Angolan diplomat left Luanda Sunday night for Indonesia, where for four days he will participate in the referred event.

 

In an interview to ANGOP, Manuel Augusto informed that the summit will analyse the current political, economic, social and cultural situation of the world.

 

Besides aspects connected to armed conflicts, hunger, weapons and drugs trafficking, HIV/Aids, unemployment among others, the ministers will hold a special session to salute the 50th anniversary of the movement, marked this year.
