Luanda – Angolan Parliament approved Thursday in speciality a bill on Real Estate Mediation which regulate the establishment and exercise conducted by real estate mediators and recruiters.

 
The bill also defines the juridical nature of activity carried out by real estate mediation and recruiters, introduces several measures for the mediator and recruiter of the sector, as well as the protection of consumer.

 
On the other hand, it  creates two juridical figures: the mediators and the real estate recruiters with a view to organise, speed up and reduces bureaucracy of the trade parity between the producer and the final consumer.

 
Regularisation of the process for establishment and exercise of  activity of the existing mediators and recruiters at Angolan market, due to current disparity among various agents acting in that economic area, are also among the goals.

 
The approved bill is also aimed at creating legal measures that clarify the real estate activity.
