Luanda - The Secretary of State for Cooperation, Exalgina Gamboa, and the Southern Africa regional representative of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), Joaquim Mariano, today discussed cooperation on migration between the angolan government and the international institution.
The IOM official told Angop that he stressed the need for Angola to ratify the new Constitution of the organization that will be in force only after its ratification by 2/3 of the member states.
Arrived in Luanda today, Joaquim Mariano considered the visit as part of regular contacts of coordination towards the strenghtening of cooperation between IOM and the angolan government.
