Organic statutes foresee creation of institutes

 

Luanda – The organic statutes of the Ministries of Environment, Culture, Family and Women Promotion set the legal bases for the creation of national institutes of environmental management and biodiversity and preservation areas, under the environment sector.


The documents, approved on Friday by the cabinet council, also provide the legal criteria for the creation of the National Company of Dance and Theatre and the Cultural Development Fund.


The government approved the organic statute of the Military House of the President of the Republic, the bylaw of the economic commission (economic team) of the standing commission of the cabinet council and readjusted the regulation relating to the procedure of swearing in and oath taking by entities appointed by the Head of State.


The presidential draft decree approving the organic statute of the Association of Accountants and Accounting Experts of Angola was also analysed.


The document of the meeting that was disclosed to the press states that the sixth session of the cabinet council will continue with its discussions on August 02.
