Lubango - The secretary of state for human rights, António Bento Bembe, on Friday ended his five-day visit to the southern Huila province, where he assessed matters linked to the functioning of the sector, Angop learnt.
Bento Bembe voiced for improvement of situation in prisons, increase of classrooms at the level of schools, as well as enlargement of the local penitentiary.
The source also said it is important to continue the strategy of education for human right culture in the province, although he acknowledges a good functioning of the local committee of the sector.
