MPs suggest regulation on students traineeship

Luanda - Angolan deputies of the sixth commission of the National Assembly recommended this Wednesday, in Luanda, the government to adopt strategy and mechanism to guarantee traineeship for finalist students coming from the technical professional institutes.

This recommendation is part of a memorandum on the activities conducted by the Members of Parliament after paying visits to several high professional institutes of the country, that was handed over to the provincial governor of Luanda, Francisca do Espírito Santo, with whom they met.

The parliamentarians informed the governor that they found many difficulties for traineeship of finalist students in the institutes they visited, as well as their insertion in the companies, where they are supposed to get necessary experience.

The Members of Parliament also recognized that there is still no legal mechanism to hold traineeship and those available are scarce.
