Territory minister urges major engagement on administrators

Ondjiva – The Territory Administration minister, Bornito de Sousa, Wednesday in Ondjiva, southern Cunene province, urged the district administrators to have a major engagement in the implementation of projects designed to improve the populations’ living.

The minister said so at the end of a meeting he held with the members of Cunene province Government.

Bornito de Sousa said that the current moment is of work and the sectors of water and energy, health and agriculture should be prioritised.

As part of his one-day assessment visit, the minister checked the conditions in the centres sheltering the province’s flood victims, the protection dikes and water drainage ditches under construction in Ondjiva city, including the Ekuma land reserves.
