Lubango - The Minister of Territory Administration, Bornito de Sousa, on Tuesday guaranteed in Huila province, that the Government will this year provide a better attention to the programme of assistance to districts, in order to conclude halted projects, lacking fund.
After a 12-hour visit to Huila province, to assess these programmes, the minister told the press that the Government will start granting money to localities where the projects started two years ago.
"We saw the construction project of the new administration of Lubango city and we noticed that the works are paralysed for lack of funds and is from this perspective that the government wants to see solved the outlined programmes with scheduled times", underlined the minister.
Since the launching of financial decentralisation programme in 2008, the districts of Lubango, Humpata, Matala and Chibia have already benefited from this initiative.
