MPs concerned about students' on-job training opportunities

Luanda – Members of the 6th Commission of the National Assembly  (Parliament) Wednesday visited the Luanda High Industrial Institute (IMIL), to learn about the  complaints of finalist students about their on-the-job training opportunities. 


 
The was also part of a programme of visits to various high education institutions.

 

According to the Commission spokesperson, Domingos Peterson, the mission of the team was intended to encourage and stimulate the school into facilitating the entry of students into the job  market.

 

To this end, according to the source, several ministries have been approached, having  responded positively to the IMIL students concerns.


 
The programme of visits is mainly intended to analyse the problematic of on-the-job training, integration of finalists into the job market and other matters concerning the development of the  institution.

 

The Commission will also visit the high institutes of Economics (IMEL), Physical Education  (INEF), Primary Teachers Training (Alda Lara) and other institutions of the State.
