MPLA official calls for engagement in defence of nation interests


Luanda – The first secretary of the provincial committee of ruling MPLA party in Luanda, Bento Bento, Thursday here appealed to the Angolan youths to engage in defence of nation’s interests, to boost the political and patriotic educational system, under socio-economic reality.

 

 
The ruling party's official said so at the opening of the provincial workshop of party's youth wing (JMPLA) held at Rangel district in Luanda.

 

 
Bento Bento encouraged the Angolan youths to follow the president José Eduardo dos Santos’ example, who, since his youth, showed affection in defence of the Angolan nation, peace and national reconciliation.

 

 
The seminar, which addressed the Fundamental principles and ideological foundation of MPLA and the Functioning of JMPLA, counted on the presence of MPLA Politburo and provincial committee of JMPLA members.
