Luanda - The Angolan president, José Eduardo dos Santos, Monday in Luanda considered the oath of honour by the newly sworn cabinet members as the "guarantee for a cohesive cabinet and appropriate solutions to the countrý's problems".
Addressing the swearing in ceremony, the Angolan head of State stressed that today started the unfolding of broad ideas and instruments of action in order to improve the well being of the citizens, starting from the projects of the outgoing Government.
The president emphasised the National Social Housing Program, which expects the construction of one million houses by 2012, and reaffirmed the "Zero Tolerance" vow against corruption.
He also stressed the need to combat attitudes opposing the country's development, warning that offenders will be brought before the competent bodies.
