Cabinda provincial council meets

Cabinda - The provincial council of the northern Cabinda provincial is to meet on Tuesday here in its first ordinary session to analyse the region's current situation in all domains, Angop has learnt.


The meeting will be chaired by the governor Mawete João Baptista and may also debate the memorandum of understanding for peace and reconciliation in Cabinda and the new organic statute for the province.


The presentation and the approval of the internal regulations of the provincial secretaries, financial situation of the management of the previous staff, presentation of the 2010 budget, the state of the security in the province, as well as a guidance of the Territory Administration Ministry are also on the agenda.
