The Portuguese expert in constitutions, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, Wednesday in Luanda, praised his Angolan colleagues who worked on the drafting of the new Constitution of the Republic of Angola, approved Wednesday by the Constituent Assembly.
"One can see that they are good jurists, good specialists working on this text, because it is well elaborated in a general way, from the point of view of the juridical technique, of the wording, of concepts”, admitted Marcelo de Sousa, while speaking on the public television station.
To him, there is no object to the process that was followed for the drafting of the document, adding that this is a credible model of constitutional transition.
