Angolan diplomat urges students to study

Changhsa – The first secretary of the Angolan embassy in China, António Alberto Sawimbo, Tuesday in Changsa, encouraged Angolan students attending university in Chinese Hunan province, to devote to studying.

The Angolan diplomat said so during a meeting held with Angolan students in that university, as part of the visits that the embassy is paying since January to learn about the problems facing the students.

Speaking on behalf of the Angolan ambassador to China, João Manuel Bernardo, the official urged the students of that university to turn their daily life into events of learning and dedication, in order to take advantage of the opportunity offered by Angolan Government.

The official said that despite the difficulties regarding the comprehension of the literary contents in Chinese or English, team or individual efforts should be made to achieve high performances in the training process.

On the other hand, the diplomat announced that Angolan embassy in China has a project to create in that country the Angolan students association as the number of students has increased significantly.
