Athens - Angola's Home Affairs deputy minister, Eduardo Martins, is to arrive on Sunday in Greece to participate, on November 02-05, in the third global forum on migration and development that is to take place under the motto "Integration of Migration Policies in Development Strategies for the Benefit of All", ANGOP has learnt.
During the three-day work participants will debate themes such as “migration can be integrated in policies, strategies and development partnerships”.
The first meeting was held in 2007, in Belgium, and it debated issues such as impact of migration on countries’ social and economic development, human rights and gender.
The opening ceremony is to count on the presence of the Greek President, Kalorous Papoulias, and the United Nations Secretary-General, Ban-Ki Moon.
