Luanda - The Angolan minister of Social Welfare, João Baptista Kussumua, Thursday stressed the experience of good management carried out by the Angolan government of the issues on refugees, about their integration in the socio-economic development plan of the country.
The minister was speaking on behalf of the head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, at Special Summit of the African Union (AU) on Refugees, Returnees and Internally Displaced Persons in Africa, running from Thursday, in Kampala, Uganda.
On the occasion, João Baptista Kussumua proposed to the member states a reflection on about the dangers of phenomenon of illegal immigration, especially to the economy, security and sovereignty of states.
The special summit, which is being chaired by the president of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni, gathers some heads of State and Government of AU, various guests and partners.
