MPLA party presents Project C for future constitution in Kuando-Kubango

Menongue - Ruling MPLA militants in the south-eastern Kuando-Kubango Province got explanations on Project C for future constitution of the Republic, which suggests a mixed presidential-parliamentary system for the country, ANGOP has learnt.

The session, chaired by MP Palmira Barbosa, gathered members of the provincial, municipal and commune committees of the MPLA, as well as members of the party’s action committees.

At the opening act, Palmira Barbosa said that the presentation of the projects (constitution drafts) aims at getting contributions to enrich the proposals under debate.

In this provinces were already presented the drafts that advocate the Presidential and Semi-Presidential systems.
