Ruling party Central Committee holds extraordinary session

Luanda - The ruling MPLA party Central Committee is holding in Luanda an extraordinary session under its leader, Jose Eduardo dos Santos, to analyse, among other matters, the report on the preparation of the organisation’s VI Ordinary Congress.


The meeting will discuss the report from the sub-commission on the candidature of the National Preparatory Commission of the party’s VI Ordinary Congress and the proposal on the composition of the future Central Committee.


The draft resolution on the composition of the electoral committee of the party's VI Ordinary Congress will also be part of the agenda for the Central Committee session.
