Luanda, – Training for a better governance and Angola under construction are high on the agenda for the 18th session of the Joint Parliamentary Assembly of the African Caribbean and Pacific plus European Union (ACP-EU), opening on November 30 this year in

The programme includes discussions of changes in Luanda shanties and a forum on women, focusing on prevention and transmission of Hiv.
During the event that will go until December 3, the delegates will form three groups that will travel to the provinces of Huila (south), Malanje and Zaire (north), to view sites of tourist interest and some economic and social infrastructures.
The Huila group will visit the building of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA) Providence Fund project, the Urbanisation perimeter, the Leba hills and the Tunda Vala stadium that will host one of the groups of the African Football Cup of Nations (CAN2010) Angola will host in
January.
The Malanje group will learn about the functioning of the Capanda Hydroelectric Dam, the Pungu Andongo agro-industrial project and the Pungo Andongo Rocks.
The third group travelling to northern Zaire province will visit the Angola-LNG project, the Catholic Church Pinda Mission, the mouth of Zaire river and the Soyo International urbanisation project.
