Brazzaville - Associations of defence to human rights of Angola and of the two Republics of Congo, part of the network of the Congo Basin-Ocean, will hold its second sub-regional conference in Brazzaville from November 24-29.

The information was disclosed by the only Congolese daily newspaper “Les Dépêches de Brazzaville’’.

Without disclosing more details, the source states that the meeting will happen under the motto "Reinforcing the capacity of NGOs dealing with Human Rights of the Republic of Congo, DRC and of Angola".
