Angola ready to assist Guinea Bissau - ambassador

Bissau - The Angolan ambassador to Guinea Bissau, Brito Sozinho, has expressed the country's readiness to assist that country with seeking of stability and political trust, restoring its economy and meeting the populations basic needs, Angop learned.


Speaking on Friday, during an official reception, in the presence of the local prime minister, Carlos Gomes Júnior, and a hundred of guests, Brito Sozinho said the relations between the two countries are excellent and strong, based on historical ties of brotherwood.


He said that both countries are seeking ways for Angola to assist Guinea Bissau with its budget and credit to support the foment of business activity and security and defence.
