Training important to end crises in cinema - Minister

Luanda – Angolan minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva, highlighted Friday in Luanda, the importance of professional training and restructuring of infra-structures as mechanisms to end apathy and crises in the sectors of production, distribution and cinematographic exhibition in the country.

In an interview to Angop, at the end of a meeting with producers and chairpersons of cinema and audiovisual companies, Rosa Cruz e Silva highlighted that with everyone’s effort, dedication and perseverance it will be possible to change the image in a short period of time.

According to the minister, competence and rigour are necessary in the work produced and presented to the public, showing Angolan culture.

Rosa Cruz e Silva stated that for the work to be implemented, the Culture Ministry counts on support of partners that have already shown interest in contributing financially for the implementation of projects.
