Carlos Pedro releases 'Palavra sem fronteiras'

Huambo – The Angolan writer Carlos Pedro, artistically known as “Poeta Frustrado”, released on Wednesday in the central Huambo province His book entitled “Palavras sem fronteiras “(International Anthology).


 
The book was released under the festivities of the birthday of President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos.

 

Speaking to Angop during the releasing ceremony of the book, the university lecturer Alberto Praia said that this literary work comprises selected texts of 79 several writers.

 

He said that the book counts on the participation of authors from Angola, Argentina, Germany, Brazil, Portugal, France and Spain.

 

According to him, the 306-page book is written in the languages of Portuguese and Spanish in the genres of prose and poetry.

 

Poeta Frustrado was born in 1983 in Luanda and he a university degree on languages and African literature at Faculty of Letters, Agostinho Neto University.
