Luanda – The Angolan writer João Miranda dedicated his latest literary work entitled “Hebo” to the late and former peace process mediator in Angola and UN secretary general special envoy to the country, Allioune Blondin Beye.
The recognition was due to the fact that this personality worked hard for Angola to achieve peace and well being of its population, which he did not witness.
The writer dedicated also the book to professionals of Angola Public Television and Angola National Radio, whom, with difficulties after the end of war worked tirelessly for the reunion of displaced families through its programme dubbed “Reencontro da Família”.
The author dedicated also the book to his family that contributed a lot to the materialisation of this work, which has 198 pages.
According to João Miranda, the romance aims to contribute to the necessary education of today and future youths, which is a value of the sublime ideal of peace.
João Miranda is also the author of the books “Nambuangongo” (1998) and “Pathelo-a-Kuma, O Menino de Inteligente”.
