Luanda
Art, Culture foundation socialises with women

Luanda - The Art and Culture Foundation will mark the African Women's Day, July 31, with a culture event, to be held this Friday at its headquarters in Ingombota district in Luanda.

For this was invited singer and songwriter Tonicha Miranda, who will talk about her motivations in creating the album “The Female”, released in June, devoted entirely to women.

The CD is a special tribute to the singer for her over 20 year of career, which seeks to highlight values as well as the strength, dignity and self-esteem of African women and Angolan in particular.

Issues such as entrepreneurship, the emancipation of women, gender discrimination and domestic violence will be addressed by the speaker.

The Art and Culture Foundation relies on the presence of women from different social strata, with recognised performance in society.
