New York - The Angolan fashion designer Nadir Tati took part in the festival of the African fashion "Africa Fashion Week," held from 12-14 July this year in New York, United States of America.
With her latest collection entitled "Diva", based on a range of African typically fabrics, "in a tribute to all Angolan women," Nadir Tati had the privilege to close the ceremony, attended by designers from African countries.
According to her, it is a privilege to close prestigious event, claiming to be a great symbolism.
It was the second time that the Angolan "Diva" participated in "Africa Fashion Week" in the United States of America.
The first event occurred in 2011 in New York where she presented her work "The Strength of Africa", a prominent African collection in the Angolan colours.
Nadire Tati had displayed the work in other countries, with recent exhibition in South Korea, Spain, Mozambique, Macau Mexico, Portugal and Tanzania.
