Captain Jota-Jota to release second CD in December

Luena – The Angolan singer Captain Jota- Jota” announced on Tuesday in Luena city, eastern Moxico province, that he will release in December his second album entitled “Tongola Lunga”.

 

Speaking to Angop, the the artist said that the CD will comprise 12 tracks sung in the languages of Portuguese, Cokwe and Umbundo.

 

According to him, the CD portrays the daily life and it is sung in the music styles of zouk, semba, tchianda and Kilapanga.


 
The singer said that the album counts on the participation of other Angolan musicians, namely Namanhonga, Sigano, Weza and Moyowenos.


 
Captain Jota-Jota, aged 23, was born in the eastern Moxico province.
