Luanda – The Angolan writer Kanguimbo Ananás released on Saturday her latest book entitled “As Ferias de Yahula” in Luanda.
Angop learnt that the book is being sold at the price of AKZ 1000.
Speaking to Angop on Saturday, the writer said that the book comprises 31 pages and it portrays history of two students that during holidays they work voluntarily in a shop in their village.
According to her, the book aims to instil in children and adolescents civic and moral values and affective which they learn from parents, schools and society in general, to help people without requesting any money in change, as these are universal standards.
The ceremony was witnessed by more than 150 people, among children and adults.
Kangimbo Ananaz was born on 3 February in 1953 in the south-west Namibe province.
The 31-page book was published by Tchingapy-Editora and sponsored by Angola Savings and Credit Bank (BPC) and singer Nagrelha.
