Writer launches child book

Luanda- A book entitled "O Aniversário do Rei Leão" by the writer Zulinni Bumba, Literary Prize winner of Infantile Book/2012, was released Thursday at Independence Square, in Luanda.

 

 
During the release ceremony, the provincial governor of Luanda, Bento Francisco Bento, and the minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva, delivered the symbolic check estimated at AKz 500,000 and a certificate of the prize participation to the writer.

 

 
Speaking on 22- page book, Zulinni Bumba said that the work portrays the birthday of the key figure, the Lion King, which, invited its friends, including the snail, the smallest one of the group.

 


“Instead of coming along with the snail, which in fact was the special guest of the party, the guests simply ignored it. To this reason, the Lion King forced the team back and take the snail to the party, its special guest, "he asserted.

 

 
With this book, published by the Ministry of Culture and illustrated by Vitorino Kiala, the author wants to stress the love, friendship and solidarity among people.
