Chibia – The culture sector in Chibia district of the southern Huíla province needs at least AKZ 500.000 to hold 2012 edition of carnival.

This was said to Angop on Wednesday by the head of culture sector, Salvador Moçambique.  

According to him, this amount is aimed to hold a good municipal parade, including prizes and support to local carnival groups.

He said that the sector is waiting for the supports of the Culture department, based in Lubango district.
