Approved in December last year, the Patronage Law is intended to foment, valorise and promote the development of the social, cultural, sport, education, juvenile, health and information society sectors.
It is also designed to provide incentives of fiscal nature, free the State from expenses that can be taken up by singular or collective persons and seek revenues to allocate to needy sectors of the society.
