Minister defends continued promotion of handicrafts

Luanda – The minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva considered on Friday in  Luanda that the continued promotion of handicraft fairs will contribute to increase incomes and end poverty in this group of professionals.


Rosa Cruz e Silva said that at the opening of the National Fair of Handcrafts promoted by the Ministry of Culture in partnership with the provincial governments held at independence square.


"The first edition of National Fair of Handicraft 2010 was a positive experience and I think the second edition will also be a success given the level of participation of creators," she said.
