Vice-minister hails utility of Angolan Cartoon


Luanda – The Vice-minister of Culture Cornélio Caley highlighted on Friday in Luanda that 64 works displayed at the 8th edition of Luanda’s International Cartoon Festival represent the existence of Angolan paintings.


According to him, the Angolan society is on good way and therefore youth should continue to contribute to the emergence of new cultural spaces.


Cornélio Caley also said that it is needed for the youths to make efforts for the development of the country.
