Luanda - Angolan deputy minister of Culture, Cornélio Caley, Friday, in Luanda said that his sector is planning to build cultural centres in each capital city of the country’s 18 provinces.
"It is exactly around these cultural centres that we’ll find ways to entertain children," the government official told Angop.
The deputy minister said that the programme, named "Angolan Cultural Policy", approved this year by the Cabinet Council, will be implemented soon.
"We are talking about a programme that needs entrepreneurial participation otherwise it will not be implemented, alike developed countries," he said added.
