Plastic artist exhibits at Portuguese Cultural Centre

 Luanda – Angolan plastic artist Benjamin Sabby exhibits in September at Portuguese Cultural Centre, here, a group of work which reflects the daily lives of the country’s capital city, Luanda.

 

The display includes 15 work produced through painting on canvas, painting on objects and others, some which were painted in 2009 and others in the current year.

 

Speaking to Angop, the artist said that it is an exhibition whose work portrays the lives of Angolan people, especially those living in Luanda, the new buildings, street vendors (Zungueira) of the outskirts of the country’s capital who work in the city centre, musical genre Kuduro and the work of cab drivers.
