Introduction of cultural subjects defended

Luanda - Angola's deputy minister of Culture, Cornélio Caley, on Wednesday here said it is necessary to introduce courses with cultural aspects in university curricula, in order to guarantee the training of cadres in this sector, ANGOP has learnt.

Cornélio Caley said to the press that the introduction of these subjects in courses of speciality in cultural training is a priority of the government, through the Ministry of Culture, taking into account the great challenges in the ambit of training.

“The Ministry of culture is doing its best in order to find with the state-run Agostinho Neto University, solutions for an effective materialisation of cultural proposals. Our intention is to make young people get trained in the cultural field” he said.
