Geology, mineral resources on display

 

 

Luanda - The National Museum of Natural History in Luanda has announced that it will display Tuesday the geology and mineral resources, as part of its annual activity called 'Culture in November.

 
The information is contained in an official note issued by the institution delivered Monday to Angop. The source says that the exposure aims to enrich the populations' knowledge on the geological and mineral diversity existing in Angola, as well as its importance to the life and society.


According to the communiqué, the resources, to be available to the public, include copper, iron, aluminium, lead powder, plaster, salt, oil (crude and refined), sand, diamond and gold, some of them in photography.

 
The exposure will be held under the motto "Culture strengthens the nation: more culture, more Angola".
